Elements in the environment can cause significant aesthetic and structural damage to buildings. Taking preventative measures can greatly reduce structural deterioration caused by exposure to both natural and man-made hazards. Some hazards include: environmental damage such as freeze/thaw, disintegration of substrate, substrate deterioration caused by water absorption, and rusted rebar from penetrating salts and acidic atmospheric gases.
CRI applies waterproofing products that provide a layer of protection on a variety of exterior substrates including above-grade masonry, stucco, concrete block, poured and pre-cast concrete.

Polyurethane Grout Injection (Leak Repair)
Polyurethane injection is effective in repairing concrete cracks and leaks and has been proven worldwide in various applications including the repair of underground tunnels, water reservoir tanks, and parking garages. Polyurethane is a flexible, water reactive, non-shrink material. Other types of repair materials can re-crack when exposed to movement or vibration but polyurethane injection provides the critical flexibility to provide a durable solution.
CRI uses an injection process that uses innovative high-pressure injection pumps, ensuring penetration of the polyurethane, filling the crack completely from either side of the wall, and preventing future water leakage. Polyurethane is non-toxic, nearly odorless and provides effective crack and leak repair.
