Shannon Ware | President
Shannon Ware joined CRI as a Field Tech in 1997, and took over as President in 2005. With over 22 years of experience, he brings unrivaled industry knowledge, enthusiasm, and dedication to the company and his clients. Shannon enjoys boating, snowboarding, traveling, and supporting the Seattle Seahawks & Seattle Mariners.
Patrick Ames | Controller
Patrick joined CRI in 2006 as a Field Tech. During his time in the field, he attending night classes and earned his Master of Professional Accountancy from Central Washington University, and now serves as CRI’s Controller. He loves sports and supports the Seahawks, Sounders, Mariners, and Washington State Cougars. He can often be found spending time with his family, getting his hands dirty in the yard, camping, fishing, and enjoying the PNW outdoors.
Jason Gardner | Senior Estimator
A Seattle native, Jason enjoys attending Seattle sports games. He studied at University of Washington’s Foster School of Business, earning his degree in Business Administration. Jason has been with CRI for over 20 years and brings his comprehensive experience and knowledge to every project.
Jason Carr | Operations Manager
Jason Carr has been with CRI for over 14 years, serving as a Superintendent and now as Operations Manager. He studied at University of Kansas and can be seen supporting his Kansas Jayhawks. An avid swimmer and boater, Jason loves enjoying Seattle's views from the water.
Tim Coots | Safety and Training Manager
Tim Coots has served as CRI’s Safety and Training Manager since 2015, bringing with him over 10 years of safety experiences and training in various roles and industries. Tim spent many years in Oklahoma and remains a big Oklahoma University and Oklahoma Thunder fan. He enjoys spending time with his family and playing a variety of sports.
Patrick Kimball | Project Engineer
Patrick, or PK as he is known at CRI, joined Concrete Restoration in 2018 as Project Engineer. Raised in Springfield, Oregon, Patrick earned his Construction Management degree from Oregon State University. He enjoys climbing, hiking, reading, and supporting his Oregon State Beavers.
Valerie Antonio | Project Administrator
Valerie has been with Concrete Restoration since 2017, serving as Project Administrator.
